Our Mission & The 5 Ways We Aim Support Everyone in the Jewellery Industry
The Jewellery Collective is to be a strong, active, diverse & community-driven members association that aims to be accessible, share valuable industry knowledge, build trust and build business relationships within the UK jewellery industry. Our events and activities are designed to be educational, safe and supportive spaces where people can network, learn from each other, and build relationships.
We know there are 5 main aspects of our mission:
Accessibility: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in the jewellery industry, regardless of their background or experience. We strive to make our events and activities accessible to all, and we offer a variety of resources to help members learn and grow.
Knowledge sharing: We believe that knowledge is power, and we are committed to sharing valuable industry knowledge with our members. We offer a variety of educational opportunities, including workshops, professional networking events, and mentorship programmes.
Trust: We believe that trust is essential for building strong business relationships. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space where members can network, learn from each other, and build relationships.

Community: We believe that the jewellery industry is stronger when we work together. We are committed to building a community where members can collaborate, share ideas, and support each other.
The Jewellery Collective will help to preserve jewellery heritage and skills for future generations. We will also help to support career progression for jewellery professionals. We will be a valuable resource for jewellery professionals of all levels, from those just starting out to those who have been in the industry for many years. We will provide the knowledge, support, and connections that our members need to succeed.
